I don't know what A and B represent in your example.

Fisher LSD compares the results for each group against those in each other 
group.
So you get a table of group differences.

you can achieve this with a command similar to 

ONEWAY /VARIABLES= yield BY cultivar 
     /POSTHOC=LSD.
