I agree with Marshall that Google gives a good hint. However, Google results are depending on your history so they might give you another answer.
Always keep your eyes open as the internet is loaded with sides which provide you with "the latest" version of PSPP for Windows. I have only seen sites with copies of the files you can download from
pspp.awardspace.com. Some of these copies are recent and some are outdated.

Today a new version is released (dated 2015-1-09) which, thanks to John, has copy/paste issues fixed.
About your question "for my Windows 8 Computer". As John pointed we don't know YOUR computer. Neither is "Windows 8" a good description. MSWindows is loaded with anti-features which cripples parts of MSWindows. If you pay Microsoft more they remove more anti-features and you have another edition.
As far as I know, the MSWindows build of PSPP works on all Intel based computers with MSWindows XP or higher.
