You can ask Harry Thijssen to make a binary for Windows based on
0.10.5-pre3, which I just released.

I don't think there should be any more problems for PSPP users who want
to read files produced by ReadStat, if they use the latest version of
PSPP.  Is there something else you'd like to know?
