The /DESIGN subcommand of GLM works for fixed effects ANOVAs in PSPP, not for linear regression analysis. But Ana Messler asked for a way to build interaction terms in a linear regression model. In SPSS it would be possible because SPSS also gives the results of a regression analysis in addition to ANOVA results in GLM.
