Hi Sam,

thanks for your test. Can you say which MacOS version and which hardware you 
are using? There is
currently a report that pspp latest fails the regression tests on MacOS 14 
Sonoma. The
problem is described here:

There should be a temporary build directory similar to

/private/tmp/pspp-20231104-4828-120vn4r/pspp-2.0.0-pre3g43669f

Could you go there and find the file „tests/testsuite.log“. That file contains 
a detailed report
about the failing tests. Could you locate and send that file?
