Did you add these repos?

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/andrewfenn/ogredev/ubuntu karmic main 
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/andrewfenn/ogredev/ubuntu karmic main 

You need them to get the proper versions of ogre packages.
