[Qemu-arm] [PATCH v2 1/6] migration: Remove static allocation of xzblre cache buffer

Allocate xzblre zero page cache buffer dynamically.
Remove dependency on TARGET_PAGE_SIZE to make run-time
page size detection for arm platforms.
