New topic, new version, same great incremental backup taste.

Hmm, I haven't subscribed to the new qemu-block list yet (which I'm
about to rectify), but this raises a question: should patches to this
list also be mirrored over to the main qemu-devel, so that someone
willing to drink from the firehouse need only subscribe to one list to
see all patches (filtering rules still make it handy to highlight which
patches cc'd qemu-block)? Or are we admitting that block-related
patches might NOT be on the main list because they are sent only here?

Mistake on my part. I made a new git-publish profile, but the CC setting for qemu-devel didn't seem to stick.

Patches should continue to be sent to qemu-devel AND qemu-block. Qemu-block will just be a convenient filtering mechanism going forward, so far as I understand it. It is entirely possible that non-patch messages may go unmirrored, though.

I will issue a RESEND of this series without including any CCs or bumping the version to just qemu-devel.
