[Qemu-devel] time and date under QEMU

I don't think this is so important : I install computers with local time in 
BIOS, and all is OK... (especially for workstations).
In fact, the system has to know what time is in BIOS, and it can take care of 
problems.

Other things :
it is 11h33 CEST on my computer (UTC +2 at that date).

date -u tells 09h33, that's OK.
dos (without any config file) under qemu tells me it is 10h33,
Linux, Win3.1, Win98 and W2k all tell me it is 8h33.

Why theses  differences ?
Under 98 and 2k, changing timezone does'nt change displayed time...
