As far as i know this mailing list is used for reporting bugs.

Yes, there is a patch that fixes the arrow keys on windows. It is
available at
http://www.dad-answers.com/qemu/patches/Windows-Patches/SDL_Windows_host/
and should be applied to the 0.6.0 source.
