IMHO that's a good idea, but only for user related questions. That's for
two reasons: newbies tend to know much more about forums (and smilies ;-)
than mailing lists, but for developments I prefer one mailing list,
because you stay informed about everything going on.

But for documentation and helping purposes, this could be great.
