[Qemu-devel] VDE HOWTO 0.2

Attached is the draft for the next version. I merely added a section for using
slirp networking (aka user-net) inside of VDE.

I now have to add a final section about how to run multiple VDE networks
(some of which may be tuntap and some of which may be slirp ... and some of
which may be neither (i.e. isolated)) and how to link them together via
vde_plug.
