Hija,

here's another patch that will remove the unused CPUState
parameter from the cpu_get_tsc call and all callers. At
least on the tested powerpc this will save some (unnecessary)
cycles for the call setup of this high profile function
thereby providing a tiny but measurable speedup of 0.2%.
