I compiled it with mingw/msys. I've now a working -O2 only qemu, but with
an optimized SDL.dll :)

The DMA seems active :), CTRL-ATL-F works without crash.
I can't toggle to the monitor though (CTRL-ALT-F2 doesn't work).
-monitor stdio makes it crash :(

Anyone met this issue yet ?
