Hi,
First the setup:
QEMU:
0.6.1-1 from Debian.
Host:
Linux 2.4.24
Guest:
Debian-Installer RC1,
2.4.27
BIOS:
bochsbios 2.1.1+20041109-1
vgabios 0.4c+20040829-2
Using networking .... gives irq ... for the network card:
TUN
9
-user-net
11
-dummy-net
11
TUN but letting the script fail
11
(I don't have to mention, that the wrong irq breaks
netowkring, do I?)
I know, the BIOS from Debian should not be used, etc...
BUT:
Shouldn't the virtual hardware behave the same for any
networking option?
Elrond
p.s.: Can you keep address@hidden and me in any
relevant replies?
