Hi to you all!

I try to run Win98 and Win2000 on as guest on Debian sarge as
host system.

The installation of Win98 works fine, but I do have the same
problem with the video settings as mentioned by others here before.
I’m not able to change the resolution higher than the default one,
which is 640x480.

On the other hand I also have the Win2000 Full Disk error,
when trying to install W2k.

I’m using the latest version 0.6.1 of qemu and I read somewhere,
that using a CVS-version of qemu would be helpful in such cases.

First question: are there any patches available for those two
problems?
Second question: I have read somewhere, that a CVS-version of
qemu would be helpful to solve those problems.

Unfortunately I’m an absolutely newbie and I never used a CVS-version
before – so I would prefer a patch much more ;-).

Sorry for all the stupid questions on this matter and many thanks
in advance for all your help.

Cheers,

Peter
