Where is this version available? 

On http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/download.html I still find the 0.7.1
version, and trying to preguess the filename, and fetching 

http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/kqemu-0.7.1-1.tar.gz

got me a 404.
