e128up9x.exe from elsewhere didn't work for me (for whatver reason),
however on the page where it was hosted i found audiopci.zip archive,
and this after fixing minor emulation glitch turned out to work nicely.

Updated patch (16b_aqemu) along with the links to the drivers are
