Sorry, I have some pending patches and this was on top of those.

Please take a look at pc-bios/openbios-sparc32, it's built from current 
OpenBIOS SVN tree.

qemu-system-sparc -boot d -m 128 -hda hd.img -cdrom 
debian-31r1-sparc-binary-1.iso -net nic,vlan=0 -net user,vlan=0 -nographic 
-serial stdio
