Hi,

This patchs adds the emulation of a very simple nvram, the DS1225Y.
The datasheet can be found at
http://www.datasheetarchive.com/datasheet.php?article=1337921 .
The device is memory mapped and uses a file on the host to keep data accross
boots.

This chip is used for example in the Acer PICA 61 (MIPS) to keep parameters.
