architectural limitation for x86 triggered by cpu-exec.c version 1.131,
reverting to 1.130 allows the compilation to proceed

Had to back vl.c off to 1.140 from 1.141 also..


I had to revert vl.c too, but it was from 1.401 to 1.400.
