I have a few questions about running Qemu on OS X.  First of all, how do I specify an internal CD-ROM drive?  I'm trying to get OS/2 to install, but it keeps asking for the CD.  Also, is there any way to speed up the console window?  It's very slow.

Hi,

just enter -cdrom /dev/cdrom this will trigger qemu to look for a CD-ROM in the first built-in CD-ROM drive.

Sorry, but that doesn't work.  When I type qemu-img info /dev/cdrom, I get this:
image: /dev/cdrom
file format: host_device
virtual size: -8388607T (9223372036854775296 bytes)
disk size: unavailable
