Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 2/7] linux-user: fcntl fixes for LTP

Fixes swaps on l_pid which were pretty much of random size. Implements
F_SETLEASE, F_GETLEASE. Now passes all LTP fcntl tests.
