[Qemu-devel] [PATCHv2 1/4] qemu: update pcbios to enable i/o for cirrus

before making cirrus pci spec compliant,
need to fix pcibios to enable i/o for it.
The relevant patch is:
        pcbios: enable io/memory unconditionally
