So all I have to do is submit a patch against qemu-doc.texi, and that will update the Mac OS X section.

Is there a way to edit the .texi file without having to learn it's format. Perhaps a word processor for this format?

It's derived from qemu-doc.texi in the git tree so patches can be 

submitted against it.

I'd like to convert it to just a wiki page but there was quite a bit of 

support for keeping it in the repository.
