[Qemu-devel] [PATCH] rewrote timer implementation for rtl8139. Add a QEM

Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH] rewrote timer implementation for rtl8139. Add a QEMU timer only when needed (timeout status not set, timeout irq wanted and timer set).
