Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 06/14] linux-user: Clean up byte-swapping in elfload.c.

Remove ifdefs from code by defining empty inline functions
when byte swapping isn't needed.  Push loops over swapping
arrays of structures into the swapping functions.
