Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 10/22] tcg-i386: Tidy immediate arithmetic operations.

Define OPC_ARITH_EvI[bz]; use throughout.  Use tcg_out_ext8u
directly in setcond.  Use tgen_arithi in qemu_ld/st.
