Hi,

Would you mind explaning the point of the union here? Why not just
do something like:

-    uint8_t arp_reply[ETH_HLEN + sizeof(struct arphdr)];
+    uint8_t arp_reply[MAX(ETH_HLEN + sizeof(struct arphdr), 64)];
