Pushed a slightly updated usb.14.pull branch. Rebased to latest master. Fixed the FSF address as noted by blueswirl. No other changes, so I don't spam the list again with the whole series.
The issue with async packets on unplug noticed by Hans (which isn't new) will be fixed with the next batch of usb patches.
