Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH v5 10/12] VMDK: create different subformats

Add create option 'format', with enums:
    monolithicSparse
    monolithicFlat
    twoGbMaxExtentSparse
    twoGbMaxExtentFlat
Each creates a subformat image file. The default is monolithiSparse.
