Okay, you commited your patch onto the 'mypatch' branch.

$ git checkout mypatch  # go back to your branch
$ $EDITOR               # make changes to the code
$ git commit --amend -a # modify the last commit
$ git format-patch -s HEAD^ # generate new patch
