Knowing myself I'm sure my entry will get out-of-date.  I don't want
to update anything other than ./MAINTAINERS.

If other maintainers find it useful to keep wiki pages, that's fine.
I just won't be doing it because it doesn't work for me.

./MAINTAINERS allows links too.  The "W:" field can be used for website URLs.

Yes, that seems fine - it gives folks a chance to create wiki pages if
they like.
