Hi Stefan,

Patch 3/4 I haven't tested, I need to type the diffs manually into my sourcecode, because I haven't found a possiblity of doing that automatically. If you have an idea how to do that, please let me know.

But 1/4 and 2/4 are fine from my side (Debian 4.0), I can compile again :-)
