[Qemu-devel] [PATCH 1.1 00/22] Rebased queue of block patches.

Here is my queue, rebased and retested.  Patches up to 18 are bugfixes.
Patches at 19 and above are increasingly borderline.

Based on kwolf/block, tested with "make check-block".
