This release contains two patches since the last SeaBIOS pull into the
QEMU repo.  The first is a build fix and the second is a driver for an
AMD SCSI controller.  The first patch is a bug fix and the second
patch (AMD SCSI driver) should be low risk - it has no effect unless
the infrequently used device is enabled by a QEMU user.
