Um, found them, n/m:

hw/pc_q35.c:    pc_acpi_init("q35-acpi-dsdt.aml");
hw/pc_piix.c:    pc_acpi_init("acpi-dsdt.aml");

Somehow it escaped my view when I searched for it the last time.
