[Qemu-devel] [PATCH v3] Enable and Handle in-kernel watchdog emulation

This Patch enables and handle the in-kernel watchdog emulation
if KVM supports.

Initially there were 3 patches, 2 of them are already applied so sending
the 3rd patch now.
