Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH] block: fix vvfat s->qcow leak on error

s->qcow is allocated but not freed if bdrv_open fails. Fix the possible
leak, remove unnecessary check for bdrv_new(), honor error code of
bdrv_create().
