I see I've already reviewed all the patches in this series;
ping me when the kernel header changes get upstream...

FWIW, QEMU commit message style recommends 'v1-to-v2'
messages go below the '---' line so they don't end up in
the final qemu commit log. I can fix this up manually
as I apply the patches though, no need to do a respin
if we don't need one for another reason.
