OK, I think we're nearly there: the only remaining code issue I think is
the boot address / setting the CPU hivecs property.

When you send the next version of this series, can you add a
patch which adds you to MAINTAINERS in the "ARM Machines"
section, please? (that subsection is alphabetically sorted so
'Canon DIGIC' would come at the top). Then people know to email
you when they have bugs/fixes to the code.
