Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 28/28] target-ppc: Altivec 2.07: Vector Permute and Exclusive OR

This patch adds the Vector Permuate and Exclusive OR (vpermxor)
instruction introduced in Power ISA Version 2.07.
