[Qemu-devel] [PULL] Update OpenBIOS images to r1280

Hi Peter,

Please pull the latest OpenBIOS binary images in preparation for the next
release. These images contain numerous fixes/improvements for all of SPARC32, 
SPARC64 and PPC.
