[Qemu-devel] Does QEMU support mips64 SMP support?

I am using octeon linux as guest operating system with mips64. I want to use SMP support. When i use '-smp 2' it display following error:

Number of SMP cpus requested (2), exceeds max cpus supported by machine `octeon' (1)
Does QEMU support SMP for mips64?
