[Qemu-devel] [PULL v2 0/9] tcg-next queue

A replacement for the one from the 22nd.  This one drops the patch
that would have conflicted with Paolo's 12 mmu idx patch set.  It
also adjusts the aarch64 patch that Claudio objected to.

Re-tested on x86_64 and aarch64.  Please pull.
