[Qemu-devel] [PULL 31/47] scsi: Set SCSI BUS itself as default HotplugHandler

That would allow to handle SCSI device unplug
on HBAs without dedicated hot(un)plug handlers
and avoid making such HBAs explicitly hotpluggable.
