As previously, only sending incremental patches
added since v3.
This is an update of the previous pull request.
Tree was not rebased so you can do both pulls if
ou like.

pci, pc, virtio fixes and cleanups
Last pull for hard freeze.
A bunch of fixes all over the place.
All of ACPI refactoring has been merged.
Legacy pci commands have been dropped.
Additionally, this includes patches from soft-freeze
(which apparently haven't been merged yet):
a bunch of fixes all over the place
virtio header cleanup
initial patches from virtio-1.0 branch
