Oops.  Try "touch pc-bios/vgabios-virtio.bin" as workaround.

I'm busy doing the seabios 1.8.2 release right now, the pull request
bringing the seabios update and the real virtio vgabios (and fixing this
one as side effect) should be only hours away.
