[Qemu-devel] [PULL 11/43] remove qemu/tls.h

[Paolo Bonzini]

TLS is now required on all platforms, so DECLARE_TLS/DEFINE_TLS is not
needed anymore.  Removing it does not break Windows because of the
previous patch.
