I've rebased this patchset. This is available at
http://repo.or.cz/qemu/hpoussin.git branch cuda

As a bonus, you have an implementation of CUDA_GET_SET_IIC command and the I2C 
bus.
Unfortunately, I was unable to test if it really works.
